The 8-Day Return Window You have 8 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in their original pristine condition.

  • Accompanied by all original tags and packaging.

  • Supported by a valid proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To start the process, please contact our concierge team at info@aurelinejewels.com. Please note that returns sent back to us without prior authorization cannot be accepted. Once approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions and shipping information.

Damaged or Incorrect Items We take great pride in our craftsmanship, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong item, please reach out immediately at hello@aurelinejewels.com so we can resolve the issue with urgency.

Exceptions & Final Sale To maintain our standards, certain items are non-returnable:

  • Items purchased during a Sale or promotional period.

  • Gift Cards.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain jewelry types (like earrings) may be subject to stricter review.

Exchanges & Refunds

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow up to 15 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
